how do i save a word doc as a powerpoint?

I converted a powerpoint into word, now I want to reconvert it back to
powerpoint after working on the notes in word. How can I send the document
back to powerpoint?
 
Under File, Send to, Microsoft Office PowerPoint. This is for 2003,
instructions for 2007 may differ.
I have never used this as the results are not very good.
I belive there are 3rd Party software that could produce better results,
Google will be your friend.
