how do I save a doc to always open from last page visited?

I'm using a calendar template. Is there a way to have it open to the last
page my cursor was on when it was saved before closing?
 
If you were actually "editing" at that position (not just viewing), and if
this is Word 2003 or earlier, Shift+F5 will take you to the last edit
position.
