How do i run all incoming faxes through an OCR in outlook?

All faxes come into my inbox as TIF attachments. The end goal is to be able
to search, by key words, the faxes with google desktop.
 
Outlook doesn't do OCR. You can however do it with Microsoft Document
Imaging. (at least in Office 2003 and 2007)
