How do I run a program inside Power Point Viewer?

I have presentation that I view using power point viewer. I am trying to run
an Adobe Form using the run program action setting. The viewer will not run
it. I use to be able to do this now I can't. I am using office 2003.

Oh, wait. I think the 2003 Viewer doesn't do the "run program" thing.
