How do I rotate the direction of labels?

My friend created some labels for me a while ago using Avery 8162 size. We
did not create address labels but she rotated the 1:33 by 4" so that text was
going in the opposite direction. How do I add or change this existing file
using Word 2003 once I've opened it?
 
Labels in Word are tables. Use the Tables toolbar's button to change text
direction in selected labels (cells).
