How do I rotate info to display at different times?

Hi,
I would like to know how I could rotate info that I display on my website at
different times. Basically, I have three different categories of info that I
want to display in one box with three tabs on the top, but I want frontpage
to rotate through the categories every 20 seconds or so. To give you an idea
of what I'm talking about visit www.virginmedia.com, where they have
something similar. Any help would be much appreciated!
