Why don't you select your picture and go to Format - picture - size tab -
put 0° in the angle box. That's in PPT 2002/2003, not sure about 2000
though.
Good You're not wrong.
Bad You can't rotate images in PPT 2000.
If PPT2000, you'd need to rotate the image in an external paint program of some
sort. [stops. scratches head. tests.] Ah. Or better yet, IrfanView at http://www.irfanview.com is free and lets you rotate images in tiny increments
... I just tried it with a .1 degree rotation and it worked.
