How do I retrive lost mail?

I had a problem with Microsoft Outlook. I put the CD in to fix it and lost
all of my mail. Can I get it back? I am using Microsoft Office Professional
2003.
 
Seach for a files with extension .PST. Open them in Outlook and copy to
files over.
