How do I retrieve my Personal Folders and the information in them?

I was cleaning up my M-Drive at work and I some how deleted my Personal
Folders and all of the information in them? How can I retrieve these folders?
It is vital that I get them back!

How did you delete, from with Outlook or from Windows Explorer?

"Cleaning up my M-Drive".
And we are supposed to *guess* what that means? HOW did you cleanup?

If you deleted the .pst file, well, restore from your backups. If you
don't backup, you deem your data as worthless or reproducible.

If it is company-important information then why was it stored somewhere
that wasn't backed up? "M-drive at work" sounds like it is a mapping to
some network drive. If so, contact your company's IT folks on doing a
restore from their backups.
