Good day
I had the 2003 Microsoft Office Outlook installed on my PC. Some time ago I
attempted to update it to the 2007 Microsoft Office Outlook version from the
internet. This would for some or other reason not work and since then it
attempts to install every time I want to download mails from the 2003
version. The mails only start downloading once I have pressed the "cancel"
button on the attempted installation.
Today I was going through the installed programmes on my PC and found the
2007 Trial version just above my 2003 version. I asked the system to delete
the 2007 version and it commenced. I do not know what happened but my whole
Outlook system (including the 2003 version) has now been deleted! I have lost
ALL MY MAILS and this is a disaster. When I press the 2003 icon it attempts
to install and eventually asks for the disk, which I no longer have.
Is there any way that I could get my system back. Please help!!
I am technically disabled and I would need somebody to really hold my hand
if there is some way of sorting out the mess.
Regards
