How do i retrieve from server only emails with a certain to address

Hi

I only want to download emails that are sent to my email address e.g. only
to (e-mail address removed)

my email provider allows me to have multiple addresses

e.g. (e-mail address removed)

Currently Outlook retrieves all emails from the server, but I just want to
get the neil emails. i want to set Gladys up with her own profile and email
settings.

i can't seem to do it with a rule, or filter

any ideas?
