How do I retrieve an item that I deleted from the delete box?

I am using Outlook 2007 - I used a message to take a vote on a subject. I
had been receiving replies and had tracking on it. By accident I deleted the
item into the delete box and then deleted the entire delete box. Now I do
not have the results of my requested voting I sent out to all staff members
(over a 1,000). I need to have the vote tally to show the results for a
board meeting.
