How do I retrieve a word document that I have overwriten?

I have XP Professional and Word 2002. I saved a word file in a folder on my
hard drive. I then proceded to save a second file with the same name in the
same folder. When the dialogue box came up asking if I wanted to replace the
existing file I said yes. Big mistake. I want to retrieve the first file if
possable
 
If you have Automatic Backup enabled, the folder will also contain a file
called "Backup of ....wbk" -- this will be a copy of the file as at the last
time you opened it in Word. If you don't have Automatic Backup enabled...
well, now you know why you should.
