How do I restore template for file folders and labels

When I try to use a template for labels all I get is a blank sheet...no
templates for for different size labels...even when I download labels, the
page is still blank...what happened

Turn on your grid lines. Those templates are tables and I'd bet that because
you don't see that grids, you think they're blank. ;-)
