How Do I Restore Task Bar to Bottom of Screen in Windows Xp?

In Windows Xp, the Task Bar has moved to thetop ofthe screen. How do I move
it back to the bottom of the screen?

Right click a blank spot on it | Make sure Lock the taskbar is UNChecked |
Left click it and hold down the left mouse button and drag it back to the
bottom |
Right click a blank spot on it | Make sure Lock the taskbar is Checked
