How do I restore my Subject Box

In Outlook, the Subject line/box has disappeared so I cannot add a subject to
email.
Does anyone know how to get it back?
 
Depends on the version of Outlook, try looking on either the View menu, if
its not there post back with your version and whether you are using Word as
your editor.
