How do I restore my appointments in Outlook Calendar if erased?

When syncronizing my PDA, all the appointments on my Outlook Calendar were
erased or deleted. How do I restore them back to my outlook Calendar?
 
If they are not in your Outlook Deleted Items folder, then they are lost.
