D dlw Sep 26, 2008 #2 The archive folder is a .pst file somewhere on your computer. In outlook, do a file/open/outlook data file the file may be in c:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\application data\microsoft\outlook\ or in windows you can search for *.pst files
