How do I restore contents under All Entries button? Word 2000

I have an 'All Entries' button on my top taskbar in Word 2000.

I think I've unticked something to make the contents of the 'All Entries'
drop down menu disappear. The titles are
AttentionLine/Closing/Header/Footer/Mailing
Instructions/Reference Line/Salutation/Subject Line. Previously they each
showed about 10 options. Will someone please tell me how to restore them?

Many thanks

I assume you are asking about autotext. Autotext entries reflect the
paragraph style of the current paragraph, so what you would have available
at the cursor would depend on the paragraph style of the current paragraph.
For all entries to be listed, you would need to have that paragraph
formatted with the normal paragraph style.

If you have lost the default entries, that is usually a result of trying to
create a normal.dot template from a document - something that isn't
possible. Only Word can create normal.dot and will do so if the original is
missing or has been renamed, so rename it and see what happens!
