How do I restore an outlook backup?

I had to load the recovery CD on my computer due to a virus. I backed up my
Outlook 2003 personal folders and archive folders with the back up tool. I
have reloaded outlook 2003 on my computer and tried to upload the backup
(which I copied from CD to my desktop) and for some reason the only info I am
getting is old data from Dec. 2004. I use outlook everyday and have contact
folders, e-mail, calendar and so forth that were backed up on 04/15/05 but
are not showing up. I need to retrive this info asap!
