How do I restore a deleted "unread items" folder in Outlook 2003?

I mistakenly deleted this folder (instead of emptying it - it was one of
those days) but haven't been able to work out how to restore it.

Can anybody help?
 
Right click on Search Folders, select new search folder, pick Unread Mail.
