how do I restore a deleted relationship in Access

I accidently deleted a relationship that said "do you want to permantly
remove table"

I accidently clicked yes. How do I restore it?

To restore a realationship use the relationship window. To restore a
deleted table copy from a backup - if you don't have a backup it's a big
problem.

Did you delete the RELATIONSHIP or did you delete the TABLE? Big difference!
How did you do the deletion? What window was open, and what were you deleting?
Also... what version of Access? Things changed in 2007.
