This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access database software support. Your
question does not appear to be about Microsoft Access. You would stand a
better chance of getting a useful answer if you posted the question in a
newsgroup which addresses the software or subject of your question. And,
you'll stand a much better chance if you use the big white space below the
subject to explain what you are asking -- you asked a very generic question
and there's no very generic answer, I am certain. An "unfair written
warning" could have a lot of different meanings in a lot of different
circumstances.
