How do I resolve a missing or broken reference error?

I converted a database in Access 97 to Access 03...when I try to open the
database I get the error..."Your Microsoft Office Access database or project
contains a missing or broken reference to the file 'dao2535.tlb' version 3.5

Open a code window and then go to Tools - References. Uncheck the missing
DAO reference and instead find the reference in the list to DAO 3.6 and
check that instead. Normally this would have been done automatically as
part of the conversion process.
