How do I resize the toolbars?

The toolbar in Outlook is so small I struggle to read it. How do I change
the size/font size of the toolbars?
 
Right click on the toolbar area and choose Customize.
In the Options tab, check "Large Icons".

Anything beyond that will require Windows changes or other software.
