How do I reset the default Save As dialog box size?

Recently, the Save As dialog box in Outlook 2003 Pro expanded to fill my
complete computer screen. I would like to know how to reset its size back to
the original size? There is no size toggle button in the upper right corner.
 
double click on the title bar.
