how do I shut off the date that prints on the bottom of emails that I print?
I went into file, print setup, memo style and removed footer but it wont go
away....help

Version of outlook? Are they HTML? If so, try removing it in IE's print
options - although I seem to recall Outlook ignores that too.

The version is outlook 2003... removing the date on the print option did not
work..
I noticed that all HTML email print with the date but those plain text do not.

Any other sugestions????

HTML uses IE's print engine and the date doesn't come off. Print to an
electronic document type and crop or delete the date then print to paper.
