How do I remove or change unused Contact field?

There are some fields in Outlook Contacts which I do not need and at the same
time there are some fields that I need but are unavailable.
How do I remove or change unused Contact field?
 
1. To modify forms to show user fields or alter the names of existing
fields on forms, try http://www.slipstick.com/ and the microsoft office
developer outlook forms forum.

2. If you would be satisfied with table views of the data, then you
can create user-defined fields and populate and view the fields from a
newly created or modified Contact view. You could also rename existing
fields but I wouldn't advise it unless you absolutely knew that you and
your organization would NEVER use the fields you were renaming.
