How do I remove myself from recipients when I hit "reply to all"?

When I hit the "reply to all" button on Outlook, my email address is included
on the list of recipients. I have only one Outlook profile installed and do
not know of any other causes of this.

Does anybody have a fix for this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Well - when you reply to all, you were clearly part of the original all, so
this seems perfectly normal to me. You can always remove your name from the
recipient list or just delete the mail when it comes in - either manually,
or via a rule. The Outlook profile doesn't really have anything to do with
this.
