how do I remove line spaces that appear in my outlook emailsignatu

When I create my Outlook email signature it looks normal. When I send it, the
recipient recieves it with a line space between each of the text lines.

The same thing happens with my email content. Each paragraph is received
with double spacing although it doesn't look that way in the outbound message.
