How do I remove Hebrew language when work with MSACCESS

Hi,

When I open my MDB file in MSAccess, it adds Hebrew language in my language
bar.

When I remove it, it comes again.

In menu Tools->Option->Spelling the Language-specific items all are disabled.

what can I do???
