How do I remove ##### from subtotal and total rows

I am using the 12 month cash flow statement for my Quail Unlimited Chapter.
The entries show in numeric for but the subtotal and total cells all have
##### instead of numbers. If the cursor is placed on the cell the correct
number shows but when removed the ##### comes back. When printing the
template the ##### still show. I posted this question previously and got
notification of a response but when I clicked on the link the response was
blank and I could find my question on this site when I entered . Any help
will be appreciated.
 
I am betting that your column is too narrow for what it has to display...
make the column wider.
 
Or use a smaller font (remove any bolding???)
