How do I remove extra blank lines in a column when I print?

I am using Excel 2002 SP3. I have some columns (not all) which span multiple
lines. I have word wrap clicked on. When view the spreadsheet, the text
appears to be formated fine, however when I print it, many of the rows have
blank lines at the end. I have searched and searched for these blank rows to
eliminate them and have been unsuccessful.

I'm not sure if you're referring to actual blank rows on the spreadsheet, or
ones within a specific cell of word-wrapped text, caused by
control-characters........in either event, ASAP Utilities, a free add-in
available at www.asap-utilities.com has features to fix the problem.

Did you check your print setup? Highlighted only the area you want to print?
Did you try deleting them? Check the doc in print preview.
