How do I remove earlier version of Business Contact Manager?

I am trying to install Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager, when I run
set-up it says that another version of this program is installed and remove
from Add/Remove programs. I see it in Add/Remove in the controller panel but
it does not give me the 'tab' to remove it. I need help in remove the earlier
version manually.
 
Log in to the system as an administrator. You will be able to uninstall the
software.
