If I go to Tasks, I can remove completed tasks by selecting 'active tasks'.
However, if I am using the Task Pad Pane in the Calendar view - I just cannot
remove completed tasks from the list - despite selecting Active Tasks

Milly,

I have the same problem. I cannot get completed tasks to disappear from the
taskpad in the Calendar view in MS Outlook 2003. I've tried closing and
re-opening Outlook 2003 and this does not cure the problem. I am using
exactly the same auto-formatting rules that have successfully worked in
Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000. This is extremely annoying- please advise. The
IT department here is equally baffled.

Vince

I have the same dilemma in MS Outlook 2002. When I complete a task in
calendar view I want it to disappear (like it does in task only view), but it
still shows up with a line thru it. Does anyone have an answer?
