When sending out word documents in Microsoft Word 2000 version ( e-mail
attachment) the recipent receives the changed tracking version (Word 2003
version) with all the editing notes. How can I sent out these documents
without all the editing notes? How do I turn of track changes within Word
2000?

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
