How do I remove Auto Generated Text?

Every time I open a new Word Document of a new message in Microsoft Outlook,
I have 3 lines of text show up. I do not have an automatic signature in
place and I've checked every place I can find to see why this automatic text
is showing up every time I open a new document. I can't figure out how to
delete this text so that it doesn't continue to show up.
 
Tools >Options>mail format>Stationary and Fonts.
Themes >choose a theme there select No Theme.

Unfortunately, this didn't work. I've exhausted every possibility I can
think of. My son started to type a word document a few weeks ago and the next
thing I know the 3 lines he typed show up every time we open a word document
or open our outlook e-mail to send a message. I can't find anyway to get rid
of the 3 lines that continue to show up. Thanks for your quck response.
