How do i remove and reinstall Internet explor and outlook express

Hi id like to be able to uninstall and reinstall both ie and outloo
express because after I applied SP2 ive had nothing but trouble with m
email and surfing the web SP2 is a pain . when ever I be an email fro
a trusted site it gives me red X in the box and thinks its a virus bu
it isnt i have the box unchecked in options to allow the pictures t
come thru but it still wont allow it . please help if i could i don
want to a complete new install of XP and im not good at backing thing
up they get lost ???? :mad
