How do I remove an address from spam filter?

By accident I clicked on 'report as spam' for someone I want to recieve
emails from.
How can I start getting emails from them again?

Since Outlook has no "report as spam" feature, you'd need to use whatever technique is appropriate for the spam software you're using.
