how do I reinstall outlook 2003 after reinstalling my OS (XP)

I have lost all my emails, contact list and calendar after reformating my
computer. Does anyone know of a way getting all this vital information back.
 
By your response it would appear that I have lost this information as I did
not backup th pst files as it was a crash I experienced and the whole Os had
to be reinstalled. Thanks for your reply it explained a lot.
