How do I reflect changes made in one document in another?

I have landscape and portrait versions of a document. These are separate
files, and not two versions of one file. Is there a way that I can link them
so that if I make changes to the text in one document, they are reflected in
the other document?
 
You might investigate the IncludeText field. See
