how do I reduce stock as it sells

I have a database where I can order and list tropical fish from various
suppliers - i would like to expand the db so that I can track my stock. I
would like to input the amount of each species of fish I have and at the end
of the week i need a report that shows me how many of each species I have
sold , How many have died , and how many I have left. I need to be able to
input information as the fish sells - ie when I am bagging the fish I need to
then type 'neon tetra' 5 fish - 'goldfish' 2 fish etc etc.Other members of
staff will be using the db and the list of fish is over 1000 items. So the
staff will be able to start to type the name and the fish comes up (like in a
combo box) and then input the ammount that they are selling.Thank you Colin

To begin with, have you tried using the example "Inventory Control"
database that comes with Access? Use File --> New, choose "Databases"
tab, choose "Inventory Control". Having created that, you can add
Tables using the New Table Wizard.
