how do i recover an unsaved changes to a Word document

i compiled data in a Word document and accidently hit no to save changes and
lost the whole document. Can i find that document somewhere on my computer?
 
If you didn't ever save the document, it doesn't exist. If you didn't save
changes to the document, they are lost.
