How do I read forwarded emails without opening all of prev. forwar

When I open forwarded msg's in Outlook I have to right clic/open attachments
for every time msg was forwarded before I get to actual message. Shortcut?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, daver asked:
