How do I read an email message in its original format?

Greetings all,

I have just starting using Outlook and I am a long-time Outlook Express
user. I have a problem already I was hoping someone could help me with. I
have a website where people fill out a form with their name & address and
when they submit it, it emails to me.

In Outlook Express, when I would receive the email it would be Name on first
line, Address on the second, City/State on the third, etc. In Outlook, it
all shows up on one continuous line. This makes it very hard to read, plus,
what I used to do in OE, was just copy and paste the name and address info
into word and print it out for our reservations department to enter into a
database. In it's current state, it's very hard to read.

One last thing, I noticed that in Outlook, that fonts used in the emails
that are sent to me by other people are also different from what they
originally sent me when I would view it OE.

Any thoughts on what is going on? Thanks.

Look at the top of the Outlook message. You should see a yellow bar suggesting that you can click it to restore line breaks to the message.
