Hi all,
I have generated a report which has donations by individuals, date, and
sum for the year 2004 using Access2000 (now I upgraded to 2003).
The records all appear sequentially (several names on the same page and
continue on) on the report.
Is there a way to put a page break at the end of the report in design
view, so that only single person's record will be in the one page?
I thougt that it was easy. But, I couldn't achieve the result.
Can anyone help me formatting the report mentioned above?
Thanks for any help.

Thanks very much.
I did not even know what the group function was.
After the first try as you suggested, I got the format what I wanted.
I appreciate your help.
Internet is definitely a good thing.
