How do i put a line down the center of the page?

I ONCE PUT A LINE DOWN THE MIDDLE OF A PAGE NOW I FORGOT HOW TO DO IT.
I TYPED PHONE NUMBERS AND PUT A LINE DOWN THE PAGE TO DIVIDE IT. I ACN SEND
YOU THE DOCUMENT TO SHOW YOU IF NEEDED.
 
You may have used columns. Format>Columns.

Andy, Did you use the auto shapes icons that word provides? They are on a
a tool bar that you can open with oval, rectangle and word art.

The *sensible* way to do this would be to use newspaper-style columns with a
line between (Format | Columns), but perhaps you used a table with a border
between the columns.
