how do i put a # in top lft hand corner of a cell & one in the bot

I am making a calendar. I want to put a # in the top left corner and one in the
bottom right corner then draw a line to separate the cell from corner to
corner.
I have the line drawn, the bottom right number but do not know how to get the
top right corner number inserted.
 
Hi!

Try this:

Type the first number then force a hard return (line feed) by holding down
the ALT key and hitting ENTER. You'll then need to pad the cell with spaces
to get the bottom number lined up where you want it.

Sample keystrokes:

7<ALT><ENTER><space><space><space><space>21
