Sorry about the prior response. Mentally, I was still on
the FrontPage section.

I believe that you are referring to a signature. In Outlook
2003 (you didn't specify) choose Options from the Tools
drop down menu. Click on the Mail Format tab, click on
Signatures and create one that is personal and one for your
disclaimer.
