If you're using Outlook 2003:
Go to Tools/Options/Mail Format tab. Click on Signatures at bottom right.
Click "New". Enter a name for the signature in box #1. Click "Next" leaving
the default "Start with a blank signature" checked. Click "Advanced" answer
"Yes" when prompted. Hopefully this will have opened up MS Word as your
editor (if not, see * below). Once this is open, Insert/picture/from file,
click X to close - select yes when prompted to save changes. Click "OK".
Select your newly created signature from the dropdown menu (located above the
"Signatures" button). Hit OK and you should be good.
* If the advanced tab does not open MS Word for your editor, make sure that
on your Tools/Options/Mail Format tab, it shows a check mark next to "Use MS
Office Word 2003 to edit"
